This Sunday, August 24, 2008, the pastoral leadership at Mariners Church is permitting Satan’s children and heretical “Christians” affiliated with the Standing Together Ministries” to give a presentation being advertised as a “mormon/evangelical dialogue.” Not only is this a travesty in the eyes of the Lord but is, indeed, a grave sin that places our Heavenly Father’s flock at Mariners in grave danger. This is especially true for those whor already saved but who do not know what mormons really believe (the cult actively masks many of their sacrilegious beliefs by using Christian terms that, in reality, have entirely different meanings under mormonism), new believers who are not yet mature in their faith, and seekers of God (the real God of Christianity, not the gods [plural] of mormonism). The Lord clearly warns Christians about the evilness of the mormon “dialog” that is about to occur: He says:
“I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people. Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I am full of joy over you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil. ” Romans 16:17 - 19 (NIV)
Because time is running out to help Christians who may be questioning what the “Standing Together Ministries” is all about, as well as the blasphemous, heretical, and sacrilegious actions of the “Christians” who are participating in the grave sin: Greg Johnson (an ex-mormon and alleged “Christian Pastor” from Standing Together Ministries), Craig Hazen from Biola University, and Dennis Okholm from Azusa Pacific University, a very brief overview of their sins, along with some (but certainly not all) of the blasphemous beliefs of mormonism are being presented in this post. After reviewing these, there can be no doubt that Johnson, Hazen, and Okholm are heretics who should be condemned: the Lord commands:
“For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” 2 Corinthians 11:13-15 (NIV)
It’s extremely important for Christians to know and realize that mormons are NOT Christians. Again, mormons are NOT Christians and readers will want to contact any/all of the Pastors at Mariners and ask them that very question - “Are Mormons Christian?” There can only be one answer - “No.” Due to time constraints, the following video (about ten minutes in length) provides an excellent overview on this very question.
There is an another video (actually, it’s an audio file of a presentation by Dr. Walter Martin, the original “Bible Answer Man”) that appears to be rather old but provides an excellent overview (perhaps even better than the one above) on why the mormons are not Christians and are actually polytheistic heretical pagans. That video may be viewed by clicking here (sorry, it’s not possible to embed it on this site). Unfortunately, the person who converted Dr. Martin’s presentation into a video made several errors (especially in spelling) although the theological and doctrinal matters discussed is unquestionably sound.
Obviously, Johnson, Hazen, and Okholm are not only heretics who are being aided and abetted by Mariners Church to speak within a House of God but. Johnson, Hazen, and Okholm need to confess their sins and repent now, while at the same time, calling off the “mormon / evangelical dialog” at Mariners. May God help their souls should they follow continue with this blasphemy. The Lord is also very specific about believers, Johnson, Hazen, and Okholm (assuming that they really are Christians) being disciplined by the Church:
“If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.” Matthew 18:15-17 (NIV)
“Do not entertain an accusation against an elder unless it is brought by two or three witnesses. 20Those who sin are to be rebuked publicly, so that the others may take warning. ” 1 Timothy 5:20 (NIV)
That fact that Kenton Beshore and the other pastors at Mariners are permitting Satan (through his followers from BYU, Robert Millet and Spencer Fluhman) to enter a house of God is also reprhensible and, we pray, that the Lord will give them enough discernment and wisdom to end this evil affair before members of their flock are harmed.
Core Mormon Beliefs
Neither the statements in this post or on this site are being made lightly: mormonism is a cult, it’s one of Satan’s children on this Earth, and the fact that Mariners Church is permitting the “mormon / evangelical dialog” to take place in a house of God is an abomination. Most Christians (or others, for that matter) really don’t know much about the cult because it is cleverly disguised and made to appear like the goodie-two-shoes image that Satan uses to deceive real Christians. The actual tenets and doctrine of the cult; however is shocking: here are some examples:
- Mormonism is a polytheistic cult. Yes, mormons believe that there are MANY gods and that the Christian “God the Father” is just one of many other gods (indeed; he is a child of other gods, all of whom also have an ancestry).
- Mormons do NOT believe in the Holy Trinity, as known by all real Christians. The mormon “trinity” contains their “God the Father,” “jesus christ” (more on their false “jesus” in a moment), and a “Holy Spirit” - all of whom are THREE SEPARATE AND DISTINCT BEINGS.
- The mormons’ “god the father” came down to earth, as a physical being, and literally had physical sex with Mary (obviously NOT the Virgin Mary known to all Christians).
- The cult’s “god the father” hails from the star/planet of Kolob where he had physical sex with another goddess who is really the mother of not only their jesus, but Satan, and all other human beings who have ever been born on Earth. Does this mean the the mormon jesus has two “mothers?” Yes, it does! In fact, jesus, Mary, Satan, and all human beings were first born into a pre-existence (prior to being born on Earth)!
- The reason that members of the cult refer to each other as “brother” and “sister” is not done in a figurative sense (as in “we are all brothers in sisters in [their] christ) but because they claim that everyone is literally the brother and sister of their jesus, Satan, and everyone else (again, from their “pre-existence” on Kolob).
- The cults “god the father” came down to Earth (in his physical form) and had sexual relations with his own daughter, mary who then gave birth to her brother/son, jesus.
- After humans die, the cult believes their followers will then become gods of their own planets (other than Kolob) where they will continue to have sex with their earthly spouses (but only if the husband was mormon - it doesn’t work the other way around if only the woman was a mormon). Not only will men (former mormons from Earth who have since passed on) continue to have sex with their wives but will also have polygamous marriages with other women who then will continue to have endless children that will populate other worlds.
- The reason why mormons have such large families is not for Biblically based reasons but because each child that earthly men conceive with their wives/sisters will result in rescuing more of their siblings from Kolob who will eventually (hopefully) have a lot of sex on this Earth to, in turn, rescue more of their siblings from Kolob. Of course, all of their children will then have the potential to become gods (after their Earthly existence) themselves.
Of course, there is much, much more to the outlandishly evil and Satanic cult. that’s listed here For now, faithful Christians from Mariners Church and others who are questioning why mormons are being allowed to speak in a house of God, should have good reason to scream blasphemy. Don’t just take the information on this page without hesitation - do your own research into what has just been said - the false and Satanic “doctrines” and core beliefs of mormonism are easily verified (unless, of course, you listen to Robert Millet who, as noted elsewhere on this site trains mormon missionaries (his “brothers and sisters” from Kolob) how to lie and avoid answering questions.
Still not sure about the cult’s belief in Kolob and the other Satanic teachings of mormonism? Then visit the Official web site of the Church of jesus christ of Latter-Day Saints and examine one of their official “hymns” - a hymn about Kolob.
“If You Could Hie to Kolob”
on the Official web site of the “Church of jesus christ of Latter-Day Saints”
After that, watch the following satire of the cult’s Satanic doctrine that is at core of mormon “theology.” While the video is obviously irreverent about mormonism and their members, there are many components which are also noted that have yet to be discussed on this site (for example, how Joseph Smith wrote the Book of Mormon while looking through two stones placed in a hat, mormon garments [often referred to as “holy underwear,” Mountain Meadows Massacre, and much more), these facts can also be verified elsewhere.
Christians should not be fooled by pretty songs, slick propaganda, fallen (or false) Christians such as Greg Johnson, Craig Hazen, and Dennis Okholm - or their “friends,” cult members Robert Millet and Spencer Fluhman from BYU. Great Sin is about to occur, in the name of God (the real one, not the gods of the cult) at Mariners Church. Jesus didn’t “dialog” with Satan: Jesus said,
“Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.” Matthew 16:23 (NIV)
Mariners Church, along with Pastor Kenton Beshore and the other pastoral staff, need to tell Satan the same thing - now.
